2. MANDATORY RISK WARNINGS
⚠️ HIGH-RISK INVESTMENT WARNING ⚠️
TRADING LEVERAGED DERIVATIVES INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK
● You could lose substantially more than your initial investment
● Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your account balance
● These products are complex and may not be suitable for all investors
● Most retail investors lose money when trading derivatives
● Only invest money you can afford to lose completely
● Past performance is not indicative of future results
Specific Risks Include:
Market Risk: Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. You may not be able to close positions at your desired price.
Leverage Risk: Small market movements can result in proportionately larger movements in your account value. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses.
Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to close positions when you want to, especially during volatile markets or outside normal trading hours.
Counterparty Risk: Your broker may fail, and you may lose access to your funds even if your trading positions are profitable.
Technology Risk: Platform failures, internet connectivity issues, or data errors can prevent you from trading or result in unintended trades.
Algorithmic Risk: Automated tools like FLOW(TM) are based on historical patterns that may not repeat. Algorithms can produce unexpected results.
Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations or tax treatment may adversely affect your positions.
3. FCA CONDUCT STANDARDS
Clear, Fair, and Not Misleading
All information provided through our platform is designed to be:
● Clear: Presented in plain language with defined terms
● Fair: Balanced presentation of features and risks
● Not Misleading: Accurate, with no guarantees of profitability

● Do you have emergency savings separate from trading capital?
● Would losses materially affect your lifestyle?
Investment Objectives:
● What are you trying to achieve?
● What is your time horizon?
● How much risk are you willing to accept?
● Do your objectives match the capabilities of this tool?
Recommendation: If you answered "no" to any knowledge questions or "yes" to any financial vulnerability questions, this service may not be appropriate for you. You should seek independent financial advice before proceeding.
5. CLIENT CATEGORIZATION
The FCA classifies clients into three categories. Understanding your category is important for knowing what protections apply to you.
Retail Clients: Highest level of regulatory protection. Most individuals fall into this category. Subject to strongest conduct rules.
Professional Clients: Must meet specific criteria (large portfolios, market experience, professional roles). Lower level of protection. Must request and be approved for professional status.
Eligible Counterparties: Financial institutions only. Minimal protection.
Important: As an unregulated U.S. firm, we cannot provide the full range of FCA protections available from regulated firms. This is a material consideration in deciding whether to use our service.
6. NO ADVICE OR SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT
The signals, patterns, and information provided by FLOW(TM), FAZE, and FLOW Signals are NOT personalized to your individual circumstances. They are NOT recommendations that we believe are suitable for you. They are NOT advice on whether you should trade.
You are solely responsible for:
● Deciding whether to trade
● Selecting which trades to make
● Determining position sizes
● Managing risk
● Setting stop losses
● Deciding when to exit positions
7. NO FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME COVERAGE
Trade Oracle Group is NOT covered by the UK Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). If we fail financially, you cannot claim compensation from FSCS. Your subscription fees are not protected. This is different from FCA-regulated firms, which have FSCS coverage.
